Full Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Deputy Accounts Manager to join Restaurant Associates. This full-time role supports the Accounts Manager in overseeing contract operations, ensuring financial targets are met, and maintaining outstanding service standards.,
- Assisting the Accounts Manager in managing day-to-day contract financials and operations
- Supporting site teams to deliver excellent food and beverage services
- Helping maintain strong client relationships and ensuring contract compliance
- Contributing to team recruitment, training, and development activities
- Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Helping drive sales through marketing and promotional initiatives
- Stepping in as acting Accounts Manager when required
Experience in contract catering, hospitality, or a similar environment - Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable with financial tasks and basic budgeting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial software
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Leadership potential and ability to support and motivate a team
