Participating in out-of-hours emergency standby on a rota basis

Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent relevant experience) or HNC/HND in construction and experience as a qualified Building Surveyor
Ideally corporate membership or working towards corporate membership of:
Willingness (or ability) to achieve LABC Level 6 Competency through assessment and achieve level 2F validation with the Building Safety Regulator
Understanding of the Building Act 1984 and the Building Regulations
A collaborative mindset and commitment to maintaining high service standards
