Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Stockport. Let's talk about the role. It involves:

Liaising daily with tenants, landlords and the property management team to ensure smooth progression of lettings.
Managing move-ins, ensuring all documentation, payments, referencing and compliance checks are completed on time.
Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements and legal documentation in line with current lettings legislation.
Ensuring all properties and tenancies meet regulatory and compliance requirements prior to tenancy start dates.
Coordinating key releases and ensuring tenants receive the correct documentation and information at move-in.
Responding to enquiries via phone, email and in person in a professional and timely manner.
Supporting the lettings team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations within a fast-paced city centre office environment.
Maintaining accurate tenant, landlord and property records within the CRM system.

Be able to work Saturdays
You have previous experience in Estate Agency
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
You have a keen eye for attention to detail
You are highly organised and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
