The Willows is a newly refurbished care facility which will focus on supporting 24 males with:

neuro degenerative conditions,
mental health diagnosis
acquired brain injury presentations
physical disabilities
Preparing nutritious meals for service users in line with guidelines/ requirements
Daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and equipment
Maintain inventory of kitchen equipment and produce
Utilise knowledge of HACCP and current food regulations
Interaction with service users to reflect their food choices

Food hygiene level 2 certification
Previous experience of food preparation and cooking in a commercial/ domestic/ hospital or care setting
Warm, approachable personality to engage with service users and vulnerable adults with ease
Confident managing kitchen alone including cleanliness
