Be a Level 6 qualified Careers Adviser with experience delivering high-quality, impartial advice and guidance.
Support and inspire students to make informed decisions about their next steps, including college, university, apprenticeships and employment.
Work collaboratively with pastoral and curriculum teams to support students and families.
Deliver targeted support, including working with students at risk of becoming NEET.
Contribute to the wider careers programme, including events, visits, assemblies and partnerships with employers and providers.
Provide personalised support through careers interviews, plans and liaison with families and external agencies.
Support key transition points, including GCSE and A Level results days.
Communicate effectively, show strong organisation and contribute positively to whole-school improvement.
