Working closely with our experienced corporate lawyers, you will play a key part in supporting a wide range of corporate matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting and preparing ancillary documents
Assisting with due diligence and disclosure
Managing data rooms
Conducting legal research and assisting with ongoing transaction and case progression
Handling initial client enquiries professionally and efficiently
Liaising with clients and other third parties
Providing general administrative support to contribute to the smooth running of the team
