Full Job Description
As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide supervision for classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged, focused and supported in their learning. You will deliver pre-prepared resources and maintain a positive and purposeful classroom environment across a broad range of subject areas. When not supervising lessons, you will have the opportunity to support wider learning and student development through small group work or assisting colleagues in key areas such as teaching, learning and pastoral care. This role is ideal for those considering a future career in education or youth support.
