We're hiring a TA & People Operations Project Manager to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey - and help shape the future of how we scale our People and Talent functions. This is a brand-new contract role with a clear purpose: to bring structure, clarity, and excellence to our hiring and onboarding operations. You'll work directly with two highly visionary, strategic leaders - our VP of Global People Operations and Director of Global Talent Acquisition - to build the foundations for how we work and grow. - Build and document end-to-end processes across Talent Acquisition and People Operations, including workflows, RACI matrices, and SOPs.
- Design and elevate the candidate experience from requisition to onboarding whilst championing operational excellence.
- Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to align process with strategy.
- Lead working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Take ownership of project plans, reporting, and communications.
