We offer a broad array of scanning system configurations that leverage low-, medium-,and high-energy X-ray technology-or multiple X-ray technologies-to address each customer's unique security application requirements.Role OverviewWe're seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in Redhill, supporting key systems across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Human Resources, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of business operations and a passion for driving process and system improvements. As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions, contributing to projects of varying scale-from minor enhancements to major implementations. You'll play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and testing solutions, while also supporting users and developers to resolve application issues.Responsibilities
- Partner with IT Application Managers to prioritize and deliver business requirements and process improvements.
- Engage with business users to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.
- Conduct interviews to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
- Support data analysis efforts to uncover trends and insights.
- Lead busiess analysis activities on major projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, test planning, and execution.
- Adhere to IT standards for documentation, design, testing, and training.
- Develop reports for enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI.
- Assist in creating data models and database designs aligned with business needs.
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for enterprise application issues and functionality queries.
- Promote effective use of technology across the organization.
- Deliver end-user training and create supporting materials and guides.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. - Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years' experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally supporting custom-built solutions.
- Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations and CRM is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
