We are seeking an experienced and motivated Painter & Decorator to join our Maintenance team. The role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of high-quality decorating works across the Estate, working under the direction of the Decorating Supervisor. You will assist with both planned and reactive maintenance works across a wide range of residential, commercial, and heritage properties. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Undertake internal and external painting and decorating works across domestic, commercial, and heritage buildings.
Prepare surfaces using traditional and modern methods to achieve high-quality finishes.
Diagnose defects and carry out or recommend appropriate remedial works.
Ensure all works comply with health and safety requirements and Estate standards.
Work independently or as part of a team as required.
Maintain compliance across Estate sites.
Undertake any other duties as required by the Decorating Supervisor or Maintenance Manager.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in painting and decorating on domestic and commercial properties.
NVQ qualification or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong awareness of health and safety and ability to lead by example.
High attention to detail with pride in producing quality work.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Honest, reliable, and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
