36 hours a week (worked between 8am-4pm)
Term Time+1, One Year fixed term Contract
New appointments with no previous school experience will commence on the lowest point
Carshalton Boys Sports College (CBSC) is in search of passionate and inspirational staff to join us, as we look to expand and strengthen our existing pastoral team.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support pupils.
Reporting to the SENCo your role will be to provide support, either in-class, 1:1 tuition, or to small groups of students with varying abilities. You will be encouraging and supporting individual pupils to reach their full potential, whilst demonstrating a creative and determined attitude that will help motivate students.
This role would suit a graduate who wishes to gain in-school experience prior to undertaking teacher training, as well as those who would like to pursue a career as a Teaching Assistant (L2 Teaching Assistant Training Course will be provided).
Visits to the school are actively encouraged, as are initial discussions with Emma Morris, Deputy Principal, which can be arranged by contacting the school.
