You will have a buddy assigned to you and work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience within a friendly and supportive team to be trained to achieve the following:

Assemble, test and inspect components and products in accordance to drawings or other specification requirements
Many components are small, so you'll be utilising your manual dexterity, and even working with microscopes in some cases
Accurately complete all relevant documentation
Perform all tasks in accordance with safe methods of work and complying with all appropriate health & safety guidelines and legislation
To work effectively as an individual or as a team
To proactively participate in continuous Improvement
