Full Job Description
To provide driving details for Joint Hospital Group South (JHG(S)) and assist with the administration of the units Motor Transport (MT) fleet. Person specification The duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited too: Process Motor Transport (MT) bookings and update MT task sheets on SharePoint. Undertake daily checks, cleaning and general management of the JHG(S) vehicle fleet and administer Authority To Use Document (ATUD) forms. Drive assigned vehicles, on authorised routes and on authorised journeys using the vehicles for which they hold licences. Ensuring the safe operation of vehicle and passengers. Liaise with the MT Administrator and SO3 Business Support on routine transport matters. Undertake learning, development and upskilling as required. Licences It is an essential requirement to hold a full UK driving licence with Category B and Category D1 for this position or this position due to minibuses being added to fleet.
