Full Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Youth Workers and Sports Coaches to provide daily cover support in secondary schools across North London. You will work with students during break/lunch periods, lead activities, supervise groups, support behaviour management, and assist with sports sessions as required., Youth Workers
Build strong, positive relationships with students
Support student engagement and behaviour management
Facilitate personal development activities
Assist with one-to-one and small group support
Sports Coaches
Lead and deliver engaging sports sessions
Promote physical activity and teamwork
Experience working with young people (school, youth clubs, coaching)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident supervising large groups
Professional and proactive attitude
DBS Enhanced check (or willing to obtain)
Relevant qualifications (coaching award / youth work qualification) desirable but not essential
Essential Requirements
Right to work in the UK
DBS Enhanced Certificate (or willingness to apply)
Availability for daily school cover
