Youth Worker

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed., As a Youth Worker, you will work directly with young people in a range of settings, building positive relationships and creating opportunities for them to thrive. You will be part of a supportive team delivering a modern, community-focused youth service that values inclusion, participation and wellbeing.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting young people across Ceredigion to grow in confidence, develop new skills, and access positive opportunities in their communities., We are looking for people who:

• Are experienced and qualified youth support workers and youth workers, or can show a commitment to workforce development
