Youth Support Worker

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support our youth work team across Ceredigion. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with young people in a fun, welcoming and community-based environment. About the role You will support the delivery of youth work sessions and activities, helping to create safe, inclusive and engaging spaces where young people feel valued and supported.

• No formal youth work qualification is required - we welcome applicants who are starting their journey in youth work.
