If you are passionate about helping young people and colleagues reach their full potential and have experience working with young people in a residential setting or transferrable experience in a similar role with young people, we would love to hear from you. + Education to GCSE level or equivalent
+ QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to complete
+ Availability to work on a shift rota system including weekends and bank holidays
+ A full UK Driving Licence
