Neway are looking for a Youth Offending Team Officer to join our client based with Barnet Council
Hours: 36 per week
Start: 4 May 2026
Work Pattern: 3 days remote, 2 days office
Barnet Council is seeking a Youth Offending Team Officer to provide support within the Family Services directorate. This is a non-qualified role focused on working with young people involved in, or at risk of, offending. You'll help deliver interventions, support case management, and contribute to positive outcomes for young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Support Youth Offending Team casework and interventions
Work directly with young people, families, and partner agencies
Assist with assessments, planning, and delivery of support
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports
Promote safeguarding, engagement, and positive behaviour change
Eligible to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS
Full UK driving licence & business-use car insurance
