Full Job Description

The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for children, every step of the way. This role sits within our Digital, Data and Technology Team. A key part of this role will be your ability to provide technical and strategic leadership to the analytics team, delivering high-quality, data-driven insights that enhance the effectiveness of services provided to children and young people. In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Lead and manage the Analytics Team to deliver high-quality insights, resolve technical issues, and deliver specialist operational advice.
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership to the analytics team in the use of modern data tools and methodologies.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and modernisation of data infrastructure for YI processes.
  • Mentor and develop the analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Be informed on emerging technologies and practices in data analytics, develop innovative and novel solutions to organisational challenges.
