Youth Director

A key member of the Executive Team, the Youth Director will lead the Roundhouse's youth engagement strategy and programmes, working across schools, communities, creative career pathways and partnerships. They will work closely with the Chief Executive and Creative Director to embed young people's voices and ambitions across the organisation, including its artistic programme and decision-making. The role also leads on youth governance, policy and advocacy, learning and evaluation, and safeguarding.

We are looking for a strategic leader with substantial experience developing youth engagement, arts participation or creative learning programmes. You will understand how to create inclusive opportunities and safe, inspiring spaces for young people, and bring experience of working with diverse communities, building partnerships and using evidence to improve programmes.
