One Full-Time Project Worker(fixed term) opportunity at our Newport service, George Street, until August 2027.
George Street is an 8-bed supported accommodation service for young people aged 16-18 who are leaving care. The service supports young people to develop their independence, build life skills and prepare for a successful transition into adulthood.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working with young people and would like to develop their experience within Leaving Care Services.
