The charity has expanded its services across the South West and Wales, supporting thousands of people every year.As a Support Worker you will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues: all allowing service users to work towards independent living.
Experience of working with vulnerable young people is essential and you should be happy working as part of a team or unsupervised and on your own initiative.
