Young Person's Targeted Intervention Worker

Working within a multi-disciplinary team based in Thurrock, the Young Person's Targeted Intervention Worker will work with young people, families and professionals, including Youth Offending Services and Probation Services, within the community to raise awareness and provide specialised support around substance misuse across a variety of settings, including those within the criminal justice system. You will work with young people to help them understand the dangers of drug and alcohol misuse, support them to make informed decisions, and encourage and increase referrals into the service.
