Full Job Description
- Gain practical insight into the operational challenges faced during the early life of wind turbines.
- Develop project management experience from planning through to execution.
- Experience the importance of workplace culture and teamwork in an operational environment.
- in a hands-on environment at a self-perform operated site.
- Support statutory and annual routine campaigns as well as self-perform readiness.
- Contribute to the close-out of warranty defects.
- Assist with end-of-life and life-extension studies and major component exchanges.

- Comprehensive professional training, including a Global Wind Organisation certificate, Wind Turbine Safety Rules training and in-house technical training. This position is aimed at those currently studying who are eligible for a Year in Industry Placement. For those who will be graduating Summer 2027 we encourage you to apply for our graduate programme which will be advertised in January 2027. An offer of employment in this role may require holding active or ability to pass National Security vetting to SC level. Failure to obtain and or maintain National Security Vetting to SC may result in the removal of job offers and or existing employment.
- Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a combined engineering discipline.
- Eligibility to complete a year in industry placement as part of the degree programme.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate workloads independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Confidence working in a diverse team environment and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to other sites when required, with travel expenses covered.

- A minimum of five years' residence in the UK due to the potential requirement for National Security Vetting.
