About the role

• Gain valuable knowledge and experience of
+ How we develop the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Infrastructure concepts for our future wind farms. + How tools and processes are used in the project management of infrastructure projects. + Infrastructure construction projects by attending active construction sites, while being supported by other members of the Team.
• Actively support the team, for example with
+ Taking the lead of your own project, focused around the design and delivery of an O&M Infrastructure construction project. + Developing strategy which will be used to deliver infrastructure at future RWE wind farms around the world.


• You're an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Project Management.
• Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement.
• You have very good verbal and written communication skills.
• You're able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines.
• Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with.
• You're open to travel to other sites if needed; travel expenses will be covered by us.
• Motivation is crucial. Your cover letter will tell us why you´re a suitable candidate for this opportunity, and how it aligns with your studies & career plans.
• You have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years; this is due to the potential requirement for National Security Vetting (NSV).

• You are trained or/and experienced in the following: Infrastructure projects, Construction management, Project management, Infrastructure design/architecture, site-based work.

This position is aimed at those currently studying who are eligible for a Year in Industry Placement. For those who will be graduating Summer 2027 we encourage you to apply for our graduate programme which will be advertised in January 2027. An offer of employment in this role may require holding active or ability to pass National Security vetting to SC level.
