Full Job Description
Help our children grow in knowledge, confidence and faith. We are looking for a thoughtful, ambitious teacher who combines strong classroom practice with warm relationships and a belief that every child can flourish. Our Catholic mission is rooted in "life to the full" (John 10:10). Connection, Confidence and Consistency shape how adults work together; our children learn to be kind, make safe choices and try their best. What you will bring
- Clear explanations, strong subject knowledge and assessment that informs what children need next.
- High expectations and adaptive teaching that enable pupils with SEND and disadvantaged pupils to succeed.
- Calm, consistent routines, a commitment to safeguarding and positive partnerships with families.
- A willingness to contribute to our Catholic life, reflect on practice and learn with colleagues. ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome. You will join a school within Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Academy Trust, with opportunities to collaborate and contribute to our continuing development.
