Full Job Description

- Experience of teaching in either Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Year 1.
- Experience of planning and delivering high-quality continuous provision to support learning and independence.
- A secure knowledge of phonics and early reading, including experience of delivering a recognised systematic synthetic phonics programme.
- A strong understanding of child development and effective early learning pedagogy.
- A reflective and collaborative approach to professional development and school improvement.
