Heavy Lifting: Manually handling, lifting, and stacking heavy timber products and building materials safely around the yard.

Machine Operation: Operating timber processing machinery and tools (training provided where required).

Order Picking: Selecting correct timber lengths and products to fulfill customer orders.

Yard Maintenance: Keeping the outdoor yard clean, safe, and organised to prevent hazards., We maintain appropriate procedures and technologies to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all personal data from collection through to deletion.

Physical Fitness: Capability to comfortably manage heavy lifting and repetitive manual handling throughout a 9-hour shift.

Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Skills: Experience with machine operation or power tools is highly advantageous, though not essential.

Safety Mindset: Strong awareness of health and safety practices, especially when moving large materials.
