Job Title: Yard Operative
We are currently recruiting a Yard Operative to work from our Operation Centre in Colchester, CO7 6HR
Our Yard Operatives are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation. They love working in all weathers and have a passion for vehicles and working with cars.
The yard team consistently and promptly respond to customer requests and complete service orders to deadlines. They ensure that vehicles are stored and maintained in line with customer and company standards and operate a handheld device to take images of vehicles.
The salary for this position is £27,976 per annum.
What do we need from you:
- Excellent customer service
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in the use of handheld devices, with experience in the use of basic IT applications
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Happy to work outside, in all weather conditions
- Previous experience of working within a production, warehouse or yard environment would be an advantage
