Yard Operative

We are looking for a yard operative to join our team at our busy recycling centre in Gloucester. You will be required to assist the site team with day to day tasks including use of a tablet to input waste deliveries and collections and assisting with waste separating.,

• Use of tablet to input deliveries and collections and take photographs of materials on site.
• Identify, separate, and process different grades of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• To monitor and maintain housekeeping standards.
• To work as part of a team to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
• Good communication skills and be able to communicate appropriately at all levels and hand over effectively.
