With this vision in mind, we are looking to expand our team with driven, relational and resilient individuals to enhance our dedicated and friendly team. Currently, many of our wonderful children require additional support due to their SEND needs which is one of the driving factors in adapting our offer here at Pendock.

We are looking for a Y3/4 class teacher who:

  • is consistently striving to be the best that they can be;
  • will actively contribute as part of a team, using their initiative;
  • is able to motivate and inspire children;
  • is able to nurture and build effective relationships with all stakeholders;
  • shares and drives our vision and values;
  • is creative, flexible and aspirational in their classroom practice;
  • is understanding of the implications of adaptive teaching to best support children with SEND needs.

Pendock is situated on the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire border, surrounded by gorgeous countryside with excellent commuter links to Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Malvern and Worcester.
