Full Job Description
- Learn to inspect, service, and maintain a range of vehicles and machinery.
- Work alongside qualified technicians while you study.
- Build a strong foundation for a skilled and secure career. What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in inspecting and repairing vehicles and equipment.
- Learn to diagnose faults using modern tools and systems.
- Help with vehicle and machine preparation, including fuelling, cleaning and checks.
- Gain experience in MOT station procedures and depot operations.
- Understand key fleet regulations, safety practices, and maintenance standards.
- Keep accurate records and support vehicle compliance work.
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our Fleet Services team as a Workshop Technician Apprentice. If you're passionate about mechanics and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to gain real experience while working towards a Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship., Enthusiastic, committed, and willing to learn. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
- GCSEs at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)., Real-world experience in a busy workshop environment.
- Uniform and protective equipment provided.
- Strong team culture focused on learning and safety.
