You'll:
Act as a visible point of support within the workshop, promoting quality and right-first-time repairs
Help maintain clear priorities and smooth repair flow across disciplines
Work alongside Production, Parts and Customer teams to remove blockers
Encourage consistent standards and best practice across the workshop
Support colleagues through guidance, mentoring and hands-on problem-solving
Contribute to identifying training needs and opportunities to improve ways of working
Help ensure health, safety and process standards are understood and followed
This is a role where

Technical understanding and credibility within a repair environment
The ability to

support, guide and influence technicians
A collaborative, practical approach to solving problems
Clear communication and confidence working across teams
A strong focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes
Every Solus site is different, but our expectations around teamwork and standards are consistent. Workshop Leads are trusted to help set the tone within the workshop and support how the site performs as a whole.

A respected role with real impact on repair quality and team confidence

Opportunities to develop leadership skills over time
A culture where
