• Be responsible for optimising the efficiency of Fleet Workshops to meet industry standard performance levels and the deployment of all changes relating to Fleet Workshops
• Ensure effective engagement, communication and coaching to support and develop the Fleet Workshop team
• Be accountable for the achievement of all agreed targets, including internal Customer targets with SLAs through the use of effective performance management techniques
• Actively deploy, manage and support the maintenance of ISO 9001 quality standard within Fleet Workshops and support Continuous Improvement activity within the Workshops
• Effectively manage the local IR interface, working collaboratively with union colleagues to deliver change
  
  You will also be responsible for any mobile sites and sub-locations under the control of the Workshop and/or Cluster.About YouFor this role you need to be fully qualified to at least advanced level (IMI Level 3) in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification. You are an established team leader with relevant Industry knowledge and experience of dispersed maintenance operations.You are also able to:
