Workshop Manager

As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the production of bespoke furniture, ensuring all pieces meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. You will manage a team of skilled joiners and craftspeople, organise workflow, and maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.,

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
• Oversee the manufacture of bespoke furniture from start to finish.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the workshop team.
• Ensure all work is completed to design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Order materials and manage stock levels.
• Maintain workshop health and safety compliance.
• Liaise closely with the design and production teams to bring concepts to life.
  
  Proven experience managing a furniture workshop.
Strong craftsmanship skills, with a background in bespoke furniture or high-end joinery. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Organised, efficient, and quality-focused. A passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
