Full Job Description

  • Leading and managing weekend operations as the responsible person on-site, ensuring strict health and hygiene standards are met.
  • Running multiple sessions per day, primarily for international tourist groups.
  • Light prep and clean-up before and after each session to keep the kitchen spotless.
  • Working independently while maintaining communication with our core weekday team.
  • If you enjoy taking the lead, making people feel welcome, and want a weekend role where you truly own the space, we'd love to hear from you. Interviews today Xander J. from TUI UK & Ireland is interviewing people like you for this position today! Let them know you are interested!

  • We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Weekend Workshop Lead to take ownership of and run our hands-on scone-making workshops in London every Saturday and Sunday.
  • You'll guide small groups of tourists through the art of the classic British scone, from mixing and shaping to baking and tasting, while creating a warm, memorable experience. Because you will be the primary anchor for our weekend operations, full and consistent weekend availability is an absolute requirement for this role. You'll be great at this if you:
  • Have full, non-negotiable weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays are our peak days).
  • Are ready to take ownership; you'll be the primary lead on-site during the weekend, managing the space and the flow of the day independently.
  • Hold a Food Safety Level 3 certification (or are willing to get it, we will fund and help you get certified if needed!).
  • Love people and have a natural flair for hosting.
  • Can keep a group engaged and energised for 60 minutes.
  • Are comfortable in a kitchen environment (baking experience a plus, not a must).
  • Speak confident English; additional languages are a bonus.
