Full Job Description
Commercial Vehicle Repair Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive Workshop Administrator to join our busy commercial vehicle workshop in Landore, Swansea. Duties include:
- Scheduling repairs, servicing and maintenance.
- Booking vehicles in and out and keeping customers updated.
- Creating job cards and maintaining accurate work in progress records.
- Chasing technicians for write-ups, timesheets and completed inspection paperwork.
- Entering technician time and updating daily productivity records.
- Preparing and processing invoices, checking labour, parts, customer rates and purchase order details.
