Workplace Technician Team Leader

Job Overview

• To manage a team of three operatives
• Manage day to day work shedules generated from Archibus Sellafield job request
• To work independently or as part of a team coordinating designated tasks within a specified timeframe.
• To ensure all work order functions are carried out relating to accommodation services, furniture & moves.
• Balance own priorities and workload in order to ensure customer objectives are achieved and contractual obligations are met.
• Promote a 'right first time' approach.
Promote effective delivery of workplace strategy KPI's. Main Duties
• Ensure designated work order tasks are completed on time and with accuracy as directed.
• Complete all associated paperwork required by office based team and maintain communication channels.
• Work with the office based coordinator to ensure customer service is maintained and work order objectives are achieved.
• Work in a structured, appropriate manner, observing health & safety legislation and required operating standards.
• Install various specifications of office furniture to the standard required to fulfil the collaborations portfolio
• Relocate office based personnel across the collaboration
What we are looking for
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• Excellent organisational & people management skills.
• Previous hands-on fabrication experience desirable.
• Strong & effective communication skills, analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Previous demonstrable Customer Service skills.
• Flexibilty to work overtime as the needs of the business may require.
• Physically capable to carryout strenuous tasks
