Are you experienced in delivering high quality planned and reactive maintenance services in a corporate estate environment, whilst keeping customers at the heart of everything you do?
We're excited to be looking for a new Workplace Solutions (Facilities) Team Leader where you'll provide day to day Facilities Management services for our workplace ecosystem and make sure our colleagues have a great place to work.
In this role, you'll lead a skilled team, fostering a collaborative and high performing work and the first point of contact of escalation issues so it's important that we're compliant on Health & Safety regulations, the Incident Response Team, Fire Risk Assessments for buildings.
You'll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with our colleagues, providing a great service, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to the workplace. It is essential that you possess a full driving licence and access to a vehicle as you'll travel to different offices.

This is a fully office-based role working across two of our regional offices - Bracknell, Western Peninsula (RG12 1RF) and London, Emily House (W10 5BN). Your main office will depend on your location, with the flexibility to work from either site as your primary office. You'll regularly travel between both locations each week, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and support colleagues across the wider team. Due to this, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
