If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time.As Workplace Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of Workplace Services and coordinate the on-site team.Job DescriptionYou'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience and ensuring our properties consistently meet established standards.This hands-on role requires you to support all service areas, including cleaning, reception, and mailroom operations, to maintain smooth and efficient facility management.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Workplace Experience Strategy, championing a people-first approach to enhance employee and visitor experience.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring People, Technical, and Safety standards are consistently met.
  • Design and deliver engaging workplace activations that promote community, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.
  • Support workplace technology, using Conviene for communication, space booking, and experience feedback.
  • Lead and inspire the Workplace team, fostering a culture of service excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, proactively managing on-site risks.
  • Handle ad hoc requests related to cleaning and property standards to maintain a high-quality environment.

    Proven experience in corporate, office, or customer service environments
  • Strong background in Facilities Management and Workplace operations
  • Extensive experience in managing high-quality corporate events
  • Proficient in using systems such as Microsoft Office and data management tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Personable, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery
  • Knowledge of office Health & Safety practices, including IOSH Managing Safely
