Full Job Description

We are seeking a Workplace Host to form a key part of our placemaking culture, driving the customer touchpoint journey and acting as an ambassador of exceptional workplace experience for both our client and ISS. This role plays a vital part in creating an environment that end users genuinely want to be a part of, supporting well-being, productivity and company culture., Working as part of the Workplace Experience team, you will curate a welcoming, service-led environment while delivering high levels of satisfaction for client stakeholders and ISS employees. You will help meet and exceed agreed service levels, build strong relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects a five-star concierge approach.,
- Own and deliver the end-to-end customer touchpoint journey and other user-centric concepts
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including events and engaging experiences for colleagues
- Support front-of-house and reception activities, assisting visitors, contractors and stakeholders with building access and requests
- Act as the main point of contact for client colleagues on the floor and in the lobby, responding to queries and service requests
- Build effective working relationships with ISS employees to support a strong placemaking ethos
- Welcome visitors in person and by telephone, answering or referring enquiries as appropriate
- Support post room duties when required, including sending and receiving mail
- Use Visitor Management and Meeting Room Management systems to support guests and colleagues effectively
Relevant experience in a corporate, hospitality or customer service environment - Ideally experienced in using systems such as Microsoft Office
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, committed and flexible, with a natural hosting style
