Workplace and Facilities Manager

A global organisation is seeking an experienced Workplace and Facilities Manager to lead facilities and workplace operations across a corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee workplace services, supplier performance, compliance, and operational excellence within a fast-paced business. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace and facilities operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers, monitoring performance against agreed KPIs
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, workplace policies, and maintenance schedules
• Support workplace projects, office moves, space planning, and business continuity activities
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, and stakeholder relationships across the business
  
  Previous experience in Workplace Management, Facilities Management, or Corporate Services
• Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and workplace service contracts
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and workplace best practices
• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality workplace services
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
