We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Workplace Experience Manager to lead workplace experience services across our Teesside contract. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for clients, visitors and employees across two sites. You will oversee reception, hospitality, catering support and site administration, ensuring consistently high standards of service, professionalism and customer care. Working closely with the client, Head Chef and operational teams, you will help develop a personalised hospitality offering, improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to grow and enhance workplace services.,
- Take the lead in creating an outstanding workplace experience, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues and keeping service standards high.
- Help shape and grow the hospitality offering across both sites, working closely with the Head Chef to create great experiences and identify new opportunities.
- Lead and support the reception and administration teams, helping people develop while ensuring visitors and employees receive a professional, welcoming service.
- Keep a close eye on budgets, performance and commercial opportunities, helping to deliver value while maintaining high standards.
- Champion continuous improvement by listening to customer feedback, supporting events and finding new ways to make the workplace experience even better.
We're looking for a confident and approachable leader who is passionate about customer service, hospitality and workplace experience. You will have: - Experience managing customer-facing hospitality, workplace or facilities services.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
- Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience within workplace experience, hospitality, corporate catering, facilities management or a client-facing contract environment would be advantageous.
