Full Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Workplace Coordinator to support the delivery of the safety plan across the Richemont portfolio.

Working closely with the Richemont HSE Manager, you will maintain schedules, records and compliance trackers while providing day-to-day support to boutique, workplace and facilities teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in health and safety or facilities management.

Role Responsibilities

-Coordinate and track health and safety actions, schedules and records across the portfolio.

-Maintain suitable first aider and fire marshal coverage, including training and certificate renewals.

-Organise annual fire drills and health and safety training with boutique leadership teams.

-Complete routine checks of first aid kits, AED devices and workplace areas.

-Record accidents, incidents and near misses, supporting investigations and follow-up actions.

-Track audit and inspection findings through to completion.

-Maintain compliance records relating to fire safety, electrical systems, water hygiene and lifting equipment.

-Support contractors, planned maintenance activities, helpdesk requests and site visits.

-Assist with office moves, space planning and new boutique openings from a safety and compliance perspective.

Experience in an Workplace/Facilities Coordinator position or similar

-Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

-Demonstrate some knowledge of Health and Safety.

-Clear communication skills and the ability to follow up outstanding actions.

-A proactive approach, willingness to learn and ability to manage changing priorities.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and generic competence on CAFM IT systems.

-Willingness to travel occasionally to boutiques and sites across the UK.

No formal health and safety qualification is required. An interest in developing within health and safety or facilities management is essential, and study support towards an entry-level qualification, such as IOSH Managing Safely, may be available.
