Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workplace Co-ordinator to support the smooth and efficient operation of a high-performing workplace environment.
Working closely with the Regional Workplace Manager, you will help deliver exceptional workplace services, ensuring a safe, welcoming and productive experience for employees, visitors and contractors., We are looking for an individual who can coordinate workplace operations, manage stakeholder relationships and support service excellence across cleaning, catering, maintenance and training centre activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational standards, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day workplace services including cleaning, catering, maintenance and visitor management.
Support the Workplace Manager with administrative and operational activities, ensuring effective workplace service delivery.
Maintain accurate workplace records, reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with operational standards and policies.
Monitor and update workplace management systems, producing reports on workplace performance, occupancy and service metrics.
Act as the primary point of contact for workplace-related enquiries from employees, visitors, contractors and service providers.
Support financial administration, including invoice processing, budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
Maintain health and safety records, support audits and incident reporting, and promote workplace wellbeing initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes, support technology adoption and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Previous experience in a co-ordination, administration, facilities management or workplace support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience using workplace management or cloud-based systems.
Understanding of facilities coordination and workplace service delivery.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and reporting processes is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
