Full Job Description
The overall purpose is to lead workforce Transformation and Improvement activities in the organisation. The post holder is responsible for:
- The provision of expert advice relating to workforce transformation and the development of associated plans in line with the Trust's overall transformation programme including with review and realignment of priorities as needed. This will include working closely with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation to ensure the projects have clear deliverables and realise planned benefits.
- Acting as the Operational lead for high priority workforce transformation programmes.
- Working alongside the HR and OD team to support the delivery of the Trust's wider workforce strategy through workforce transformation.
The Royal Academy of Improvement team
Contributes to the delivery of outstanding patient care by:
- Helping bring improvement to life in the organisation.
- Developing and embedding the Trust's approach to improvement including education, training, coaching and direct support.
- Supporting the delivery and project management of high priority Transformation Programmes.

This role is part of the integrated health and social care community across Derbyshire, where there are many opportunities to work across different locations and providers developing new and different skills. Whilst this role is initially based in Chesterfield there may be future opportunities to be based at different locations within the health and social care community which we may talk to you about in the future.
