Workforce Screening Manager - Vice President

Workforce Screening conducts background checks on new hires and rescreening of current employees and contingent workers in partnership with Human Resources and Global Supplier Services, helping protect the firm's assets, reputation, employees, and clients in line with firm policy and regulatory standards., As a Screening Manager within Global Workforce Screening, you will serve as an operations lead, responsible for managing case volume under tight deadlines, maintaining quality control, troubleshooting issues, continuously improving processes, and providing oversight for the team that executes operational activities. Reporting to the Global Workforce Screening EMEA Regional Director, the role works closely with the management team, regional peers, and partners across HR, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders. With a specific focus on projects and governance, the role leads a diverse portfolio of initiatives and oversees the screening governance framework, driving continuous enhancements to both processes and the stakeholder experience through close collaboration across the organization.,

• Lead and manage the EMEA book of work, overseeing tactical and strategic projects from initiation through closure.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Assignment Sponsors, Sourcing, and project teams to define requirements and drive delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, scorecards, and regular status reporting.
• Ensure consistent adherence to the screening governance framework, including operational controls and documentation standards.
• Oversee vendor management activities in line with governance expectations and service requirements.
• Execute change management processes, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and implementation tracking.
• Partner with the EMEA GWS Operations Manager to identify, implement, and monitor process improvements and produce KPIs.
• Deliver and continuously enhance the experience framework to optimize the screening process for all stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to maintain timelines and quality.
• Support additional duties and projects as directed by EMEA GS Senior Managers.
• Provide subject matter expertise on pre-employment screening, including coverage support for the EMEA Regional Director as needed., Our professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing. The Global Security (GS) team protects the firm's people and assets, ensuring the safety of business operations through the implementation of technology, best-in-class talent and client collaboration. Teams are responsible for developing safety policies and procedures, customer safety, pre-employment screening, fraud investigations and security operations on a global basis.


• Previous experience of pre-employment screening and related disciplines (Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, or fraud/investigations) within an EMEA wide and/or global remit.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver projects of varying scale (tactical through strategic) in a multi-location, international environment, with strong grounding in project management principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated success leading operational or technology change and process improvement initiatives in a project management capacity.
• Familiarity with risk and controls, data privacy programs, and process improvement methodologies.
