Full Job Description
This is an exciting time to join the team as we transform the way we deliver HR services across the council., Deliver a strategic workforce planning service across all directorates, working with HR Business Partners, managers and workforce data to identify current and future workforce needs and implement effective solutions.
Work collaboratively with Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Talent Teams to address skills gaps, align learning activity and ensure resourcing plans support the Councils Recruitment Strategy.
Use HR metrics and workforce analytics to support evidence-based workforce planning, monitoring trends, risks and benchmarks across the organisation.
Lead on talent identification and succession planning activities, supporting performance management processes and targeted development initiatives.
Develop and deliver early careers initiatives including work placements, work experience, T-levels and engagement at careers events.
