We're looking for an individual who is passionate about effective and organised service, focused on quality, who can bring their skills to ensure the Patient Experience is constantly at the forefront of everything we do. Ideally you'll have Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly analytical and numerate. Understanding of high volume Backoffice/contact centre scheduling Knowledge of workforce planning tools such as CXOne, IEX and Calabrio Understanding of the services we run, or have experience in a similar environment Attention to detail, with high regard to data input and accountability. Exceptional oral and written communication skills., We are excited to be recruiting the role of Workforce Planner. This role is critical in providing a timely, quality service that meets the needs of our patients, Patient Care Advisors (PCA's) and other stakeholders. You will own, build and manage the PCA's blended schedules (mix of phone time, admin & shrinkage) retaining responsibility for end-to-end delivery, including on the day management of adherence. You'll identify potential efficiencies and highlight service needs and/or gaps to the Planning team & wider PCC management. The aim is to provide assurance to our stakeholders, our patients, and our colleagues that we deliver quality and effective services, and that our personalised care systems and processes are best in class. Reporting to the Senior Forecast & MI Analyst, this is an opportunity for you to be at the heart of creating colleague engagement, developing a culture of continuous improvement as part of a high performing team, to make a massive difference and deliver at
pace and in an ever-changing environment. As a Workforce Planner you will provide considered and detailed reporting and commentary when required to support your decisions, share best practice, and drive efficiency. You will identify and manage service improvement activities in a proactive way, engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
