Full Job Description

Develop and manage prioritised recruitment and workforce plans.
Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection processes and timelines.
Coordinate external recruitment partners and resolve delivery challenges.
Oversee vacancies from attraction through to offer, pre-employment checks and start dates.
Own onboarding processes, mobilisation trackers and induction coordination.
Ensure compliance with employment checks and safer recruitment standards.

Significant NHS recruitment, resourcing or workforce services experience.
Strong understanding of NHS recruitment processes, employment checks and safer recruitment.
Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns and outsourced recruitment providers.
Strong workforce planning, onboarding and mobilisation experience.
Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of ESR and NHS Jobs would be advantageous.
